How do I order from Retrax®?Ordering from Retrax

Placing an order could not be simpler.  Once you have found the product your interested in, contact us either via , Telephone or Fax, letting us know your requirements, and will we arrange for one of our dedicated Retail Sale's Team to contact you to discuss your needs and build an individual quotation based upon your request.

How do I pay?

Payment options can be discussed with the Sales Team. Retrax® accepts all major Credit and Debt Card as well Cheques and 30 day Credit Account (subject to terms).
All goods are subject to VAT and Carriage.

What about Delivery?

All goods are dispatched via our Next Business Day courier.  If your order is urgent, other delivery options are available.  Please ask our Sales Team for details.

Customer Satisfaction

All new equipment comes with a 12 month guarantee. This Guarantee does not effect your statutory rights. Whilst our aim is to give complete customer satisfaction we cannot be held responsible for items ordered that you may wish to return due to incompatibility with your existing equipment.
